Church of Vilela
Small temple with a rectangular shaped floor plan, complete with presbytery and sacristy. Originally of Romanesque design, as evidenced by the main gate, it was rebuilt according to the popular baroque taste. It stands out for its sundial and belfry with a single opening.
The Couto of Vilela (diminutive of the Latin voice for village) according to R. Colmenero, depended on the Monastery of Celanova.
